TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all reservations, bookings and agreements for accommodation, dining and use of all services at Residence Celigo.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Slovenian law and the Slovenian courts shall have jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with them.

LIABILITY OF RESIDENCE CELIGO

Residence Celigo shall have no liability to the Client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any instructions supplied by the Client which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of the Client.

PRICING

All prices shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated) including accommodation and breakfast. Additional meals and all other incidental charges can be paid using the Residence Celigo Smart Key. Incidental charges are all other charges further to accomodation and breakfast such as additional meals or beverages in Papa' Giovannin restaurant, hotel wellness services or gift items available from the retail shop etc. These charges are taken via the hotel Smart Key issued to you upon arrival and added cumulativley to your invoice to be paid at the time of departure.

Prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the current prevailing rate and local tourism levies, if applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.

Prices do not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, for example, in respect of your use of the hotel's bar and mini-bar facilities and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with us that you irrevocably authorise us to debit your credit or debit card for the amount of any shortfall.

The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and, until you have received your confirmation number.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.

AVAILABILITY

Availability of rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods. To guarantee the reservation, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit or debit card. No payment is taken from your credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken on departure or in the event of cancellation otherwise than in accordance with our cancellation terms. The Client does not acquire the right to be provided specific rooms.

Reserved rooms are available to the customer starting at 3:00 p.m. on the agreed arrival date. Rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel no later than 12:00 noon on the agreed departure date. After that time, on the grounds of the delayed vacating of the room for use exceeding the contractual time, the hotel may charge 50 per cent of the full accommodation rate for the additional use of the room until 6:00 p.m. (after 6:00 p.m.: 100 per cent).

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 5 can stay free of charge when sharing a room with two adults where a suitable room is available. Notification must be provided prior to arrival so that availability can be confirmed and suitable bedding provided. Children above the age of 5 are accomodated via standard additional bedding provided by the hotel and receive discounted rates of 30%.

GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY

The hotel endeavours to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied guests. Where possible, special facilities include wheelchair adapted bathrooms, ramps and lifts in public areas. Guide dogs are welcome. Please check with our reception if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

PETS

The hotel is not able to accommodate pets. However we are working on other options to offer special premise for them.

CAR PARKING

Our guests can park their car in the residence’s garage, parking spaces are also available outside. Parking is free of charge. Insofar as a parking space is provided to the customer in the hotel garage or a hotel parking lot, this does not constitute a safekeeping agreement. The hotel assumes no liability for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the hotel's property, nor the contents thereof, excepting cases of intent or gross negligence.

HEALTH, LEISURE AND BEAUTY

The hotel offers a range of leisure facilities. A charge will be made for the use of certain facilities such as beauty treatments. Saunas and the use of fitness is free of charge. (saunas and fitness are only for our guests- exclusive)

BALANCE OF MONIES OUTSTANDING

On arrival you will be asked to provide photographic identification and a valid debit or credit card for the hotel to take authorisation. If you are settling your account in cash, you will be asked for a deposit. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept cheques.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

If the guest cancels 24 hours or less before the date of arrival, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. In the event of a no-show or early departure: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms. Cancellations must reach the hotel by 2pm, local time the day prior to arrival. Where a cancellation is not made in accordance with our cancellation terms, we reserve the right to charge you for the first night's accommodation.

NON SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of Residence Celigo including the restaurant Papa’ Giovanin and the lounge bar Terra Istriana. Residents of the hotel are able to smoke in the clearly marked designated smoking areas in the outside premises of Residence Celigo. To ensure the comfort of our non smoking guests, a charge will be applied for smoking outside the smoking areas.
